m: an integer.n: an integer.
§Return value
A boolean: true if and only if m is below n when they are
compared as unsigned integers.
§Examples
print(math.ult(1, 2)) --> true
print(math.ult(-1, 2)) --> false (-1 is huge as unsigned)
